Yoga and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Anxiety Workshop Series-
This closed group workshop blends two strategies for reducing anxiety– cognitive behavioral therapy and yoga. The six-week program includes gentle, low-impact poses and meditations to help you overcome the physical and psychological symptoms of anxiety. More than just being able to better manage your fears, you’ll be able to transform your whole life for the better. You will learn to: calm racing thoughts, improve your body’s reaction to stress, enhance your communication with others and develop more positive feelings towards yourself.
